My stay at the hotel was mixed. On the one hand, the location was superb, right in the heart of the historical central area with easy access to many sights, but the noise from other guests passing by the reception area throughout the day and night was a downside. The rooms were reasonably priced for the location, but lacking fresh air due to no windows to open and the old beds and floor weren't ideal.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and superbly clean with comfortable beds and a nice balcony overlooking the street. Staying at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. On the downside, the rooms were a little cold, with old floors and beds that made noise when walking. Being in the central city meant dealing with traffic noise. However, on the bright side, the service was incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond to ensure our enjoyment, particularly thanks to Senorita Lucia. The location, managed by her, was ideal in the center of the colonial district close to many key attractions. The dining experience was absolutely delicious, making it one of the highlights of our trip. Overall, a stay filled with contrasts.
