Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was mixed. On the one hand, the location was superb, right in the heart of the historical central area with easy access to many sights, but the noise from other guests passing by the reception area throughout the day and night was a downside. The rooms were reasonably priced for the location, but lacking fresh air due to no windows to open and the old beds and floor weren't ideal.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were incredibly comfortable, clean, and quiet, although not as large as advertised. The service was superb, with exceptionally friendly and accommodating staff. The location was perfect for exploring Quito, right in the heart of the historical central area. The dining experience was beyond wonderful, serving delicious local delicacies with care and grace.
I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and superbly clean with comfortable beds and a nice balcony overlooking the street. However, there was some noise from traffic in the early morning, which is expected in a central city location. The bathrooms were large, very clean, and well-equipped.
Staying at this hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. On the downside, the rooms were a little cold, with old floors and beds that made noise when walking. Being in the central city meant dealing with traffic noise. However, on the bright side, the service was incredibly thoughtful and went above and beyond to ensure our enjoyment, particularly thanks to Senorita Lucia. The location, managed by her, was ideal in the center of the colonial district close to many key attractions. The dining experience was absolutely delicious, making it one of the highlights of our trip. Overall, a stay filled with contrasts.
My stay at the hotel was quite a mixed experience. While the central location was convenient for exploring the historical district and accessing public transportation easily, the noise from the nearby breakfast area on the first floor was a significant downside. The room itself lacked basic amenities like natural light and had worn-out furnishings, making for a less than ideal stay.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were amazing and very helpful. They were large, very clean, and well-equipped, making it a perfect escape from the traffic of staying in the central city. The service was incredibly thoughtful, with the staff going above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay, providing a lovely breakfast in the morning and offering many suggestions for our time in Quito. The location couldn't have been better, right in the middle of the historical central area, managed by Senorita Lucia who attended to EVERY need plus some. The dining experience was absolutely outstanding, with a delicious breakfast in the heart of the historical center of Quito. Overall, a great value for money experience!
